In parallel to his work, he has done his Masters in Civil Engineering at the Ottawa University (1991). His thesis focused on the development of natural ventilation systems for farm buildings. Yves Choinière is the author of the Canadian Standards for natural and mechanical ventilation systems. In 2015, Yves was admitted to the membership grade of Fellow of CSBE for his dedication to the engineering profession and his contributions to the Society.

Christian comes from a family of dairy farmers in the Centre-du-Québec region. He is a graduate of Laval University in civil engineering (1997). Christian has been employed by the company since 1997 and he is specialized in the design of dairy barns and agricultural structures. He acts as an executive member of the AQINAC (Quebec association of animal nutrition and cereal industries).
